我的国庆节英语作文1
During the National Day holiday, our family and sister Liu Jiayis family went to Shapotou to play.
When we came to Shapotou, we first took a sheepskin raft on the Yellow River to experience the wisdom of the working people.
Drifting on the Yellow River, we see tall and towering mountains on one side of the Yellow River and the broad Tengger Desert on the other side. We feel the magic of Shapotou.
Next, we went to sand skiing. At first, I was a little afraid. I saw that the sand sliding slope was high and steep, and I didnt dare to slide down by myself.
After my mothers encouragement and my fathers advice, I finally summoned up the courage to slide down by myself.
My father praised me for sliding really well! My foot stepped on the fine and soft sand, like stepping on the soft carpet.
Then we went to the desert to ride camels. Riding on the camels back, I saw the endless desert, which was also dotted with green plants. I heard the crisp camel bell of the camel team. It felt so wonderful!
After riding the camel, the sun has set. We see that the sunset has dyed the sky red and the water surface red. I cant help but think of a poem by Wang Wei: the desert is lonely and the river is falling.

There are a lot of people at the entrance of Xuanwu Lake, and there are many foreign cars to visit Xuanwu Lake. Entering the gate, there are many tourists.
The surrounding of Xuanwu Lake is covered with colored flags, which is a lively scene. Nearby, the tourists on the bridge are bustling and enjoying the beautiful scenery of Xuanwu Lake.
In the distance, cruise ships on the lake are dotted, and cruise ships full of tourists slide slowly. There was an endless stream of people in the amusement park.
There was a long line of amusement facilities. People cheered and screamed. The amusement park became a sea of joy, and peoples laughter echoed in the sky.
I tell you a good news: from October 1, 20XX, Xuanwu Lake will be permanently open to tourists. Its incredible that more than 100000 tourists came to visit on the first day!
